BIG IDAHO® POTATO HOTEL You recycle it and turn it into the Big Idaho® Potato Hotel, the only potato hotel in the world! The 28-foot long, 12-foot wide and 11.5-foot tall potato is firmly planted in an expansive field in South Boise with breathtaking views of the Owyhee Mountains. The massive potato was created in 2012 in celebration of the IPC’s 75thanniversary.
MAKING POTATO SALAD FOR 100 PEOPLE A: 100, 1/2 cup servings of potatoes needs 25 pounds of potatoes. However, if the group has other choices for sides, I think you can get by with about 15-20 pounds minimum. We have several recipes you could multiply to feed 100, here are a few: This Baked Potato Salad recipe feeds 16, so multiply by six times and you’d be close.
