About Member Services. The Arkansas Public School Resource Center is a service-oriented, nonprofit membership organization that offers support, technical assistance and training to school districts and open-enrollment charter schools across the state. The Department of Teaching and Learning offers resources, training, and support in a wide variety of areas – special education, professional development and several state initiatives, including R.I.S.E. The CFAM system is a powerful and convenient online software program designed to give school districts a quick, easy and convenient method for analyzing their districts’ financial data. The data is updated automatically each night. CFAM is customized for Arkansas school districts and allows superintendents and finance managers the abilityto:
FY21 TEACHER LED DIGITAL LEARNING GRANT (K-12) Training will include, but is not limited to, technical instruction, extending or dropping a course, obtaining teacher information for eSchool, pulling progress and grade reports, and provider communications.
