In 1990, when the borders opened back up, many brand new Vespas got into the country.VESPA ADVENTURES

Two crispy rice crackers sandwich a large flat and wet (fresh) rice noodle, and they are literally ‘smashed’ into smaller bite size pieces. Dipped into a fish sauce with garlic and chilli, they are delicious and very more-ish. These are definitely a must-try dish in Vietnam, and go perfectly with a cold beer or a fresh sugarcane juice.
VIETNAM VESPA ADVENTURES Taste the flavours of Hoi An. Starting out at our central Hoi An café, sample the delicious local street food delight that is Banh Can while watching the streets & stalls come to life and sipping a cocktail. After the first taster, head out on the Vespas to try the famous ‘White Rose’ dumplings in town. We then head to lantern lit An Hoi Islet and jump in a local boat for a slow ride AO DAI'S - TRADITIONAL VIETNAMESE DRESS VESPA ADVENTURES Ao Dai’s (pronounced like “Ow Zai” or if you’re in the Quang Nam Province- “Ow Yai”) are the traditional Vietnamese dress for women. If you’ve ever been to Vietnam, you’ve probably seen a lot of these traditional dresses, whether it was on locally made artwork, girls biking home from school, or even at your hotel reception desk. VIETNAMESE RICE WINE “Mot, Hai, Ba, Dzo!”. This is the ubiquitous phrase for “1,2,3, Cheers!” in Vietnamese. If you’re at a party, Vietnamese wedding, or just enjoying dinner at a local restaurant, you’ll without a doubt hear this famous phrase yelled out repeatedly. While travelling in Vietnam and meeting the locals, it’s often a sign of friendship when offered a small shot of rice wine. "“THE BEST WAY TO SEE HOI AN”" Hoi An is an amazing place to visit in Vietnam and the vespa tour is the best way to see what the local food & culture is really about. We did the "Streets & Eats of Hoi An" tour as a group of six (three couples) and loved it. We were greeted at our hotel where we were introduced to Ben, the leader, and the other five drivers. All very nice lads. Ben in particular was fantastic. He spoke good English and is a very interesting and likeable character. We all got along with him very well, with plenty of laughs, which gave the tour a real relaxed vibe. And the drivers made you feel quite safe. The food was delicious. Not necessarily the type of food that you would order yourself at a restaurant but more of the traditional type food that the locals would eat. Ben gave a good description of everything we ate, including the tradition behind it and how it is made and cooked. A couple of the stops had demonstrations on how to prepare and cook the food as well which we found pretty interesting. We all agreed that the vespa tour was the best night we had whilst in Hoi An. Plenty of food and drink, good company and great fun. Definitely recommended.kjn89

"“EXCELLENCE ON THE…MOVE”" The words simply can't describe the feelings. It's a "must to do" experience in Siem Reap! We had all 3 adventures (Foodie, Countryside and Temples) in a long weekend and we had the privilege to taste, explore, travel in time and feel the daily routine of the locals. This experience made us love and feel proud of this nation. Thank you and keep doing whatever you do, because you are doing good!!Esther
"“FANTASTIC FUN, SOMETHING YOU WON’T FORGET IN A HURRY”" We immersed ourselves into the Saigon traffic on the Vespas piloted by our very capable guides and experienced an amazing night of local food, local insights and local culture that would be difficult to obtain any other way. The food we were served at the eateries normally only frequented by locals was very good as you would expect, but the visit to the "secret cafe" to view a live acoustic music set followed by a live band at a nearby local club was an amazing way to top of the night. The experience of being on the back of a scooter in the Saigon traffic that is crazy yet somehow workable is something you won't forget, I can't recommend this experience highly enough!torence
