We have made tremendous progress in the work to end homelessness over the past 10 years. HOMELESS IN ALASKA STATISTICS 2018. HOMELESS ESTIMATION BY As of January 2020, Alaska had an estimated 1949 experiencing homelessness on any given day, as reported by Continuums of Care to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Of that Total, 160 were family households, 94 were Veterans, 188 were unaccompanied young adults (aged 18-24), and 357 were individuals experiencing chronic homelessness. HOMELESS IN GEORGIA STATISTICS 2018. HOMELESS ESTIMATION As of January 2020, Georgia had an estimated 10234 experiencing homelessness on any given day, as reported by Continuums of Care to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
