The completion of a combined art gallery, museum and library being constructed in the centre of Tunbridge Wells is expected to be delayed. The £19.3million Amelia Scott building, currently under construction on Monson Road, is to be discussed at next week’s TIMES LOCAL NEWSPAPERS & MAGAZINES Care home to be turned into flats as online planning resumes. A former care home in Tonbridge will be converted into 12 apartments and two houses after the first virtual planning meeting at Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council .
