THE COOK'S PYJAMAS
Whip up this quick and easy fish curry recipe in under 30 minutes for a simple mid-week meal. The bold curry flavours, combined with the creaminess of coconut milk, are bound to win over even the most skeptical fish eaters. TOTAL TIME INVESTMENT: 30 MINUTES All families have those evenings. Those nights when everybody disperses. A QUICK AND EASY FISH CURRY IN JUST 30 MINUTES Add the garlic and ginger, and cook, stirring gently for 1 minute. Add the curry powder, turmeric and curry leaves, and cook, stirring for a further minute until the mixture is fragrant. Slowly stir in the coconut milk, scraping up the spices and onion from the EASY HOMEMADE BAKED BEANS WITH SMOKED HAM HOCK Pre-heat the oven to 170C (150C fan forced). Add the mustard, molasses, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and cloves to the onions, and stir to combine. If making the vegetarian version, add the smoked paprika at this stage. Stir in the tomato passata QUICK & EASY FRIED RICE RECIPE WITH LEFTOVER RICE Cut any large chunks into smaller pieces with the spatula if necessary. Pull the piled rice mix from the side of the fry pan into the middle, and mix the egg through the rice. Drizzle the soy sauce over the rice, and stir again until incorporated. Serve immediately, sprinkled with crispy onions if desired. ARTISAN BREAD IN 5 MINUTES A DAY Ingredient Substitutions for 5 Minute Bread. This is a simple bread recipe: flour, water. yeast and salt. In terms of substitutions, there is really not a lot of wiggle room here. Having said that, I adapted the original Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day recipe to suit THE BEST QUICK & EASY FLATBREAD PIZZA RECIPE IN 15 MINUTES Preheat the oven to 200C (180C fan forced) Line a baking tray with baking paper, and place the flatbread on the tray. Spread the pizza sauce over the flatbread. Scatter the grated cheese over the sauce. Add your desired toppings. Try not too add too many HOW TO EASILY MAKE YOUR OWN CRISPY SWEET POTATO CHIPS Instructions. Preheat the oven to 200C (180C fan forced). Line two large baking trays and set aside. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into 6mm (1/4") chips. You will have some smaller chips from the edges, which is perfectly fine. Mound the cut chips onto one of SLOW COOKER VEGETABLE SOUP RECIPE {MADE WITH SOUP MIX} Saute the onion in olive oil in a small fry pan until lightly browned. Add the garlic to the pan and cook for 1 minute. Place the browned onion and garlic into the slow cooker. Add the stock, carrot, celery, chopped tomatoes, soup mix, and oregano to the slow cooker. Season well with salt & pepper. HOW TO MAKE A HEALTHY TERIYAKI SAUCE {SUGAR FREE} This sugar free, healthy teriyaki sauce is ready in just 15 minutes. Perfect for whipping up a super-quick dinner with loads of flavour, why not make a double batch so that a speedy meal is never far away. Try it with beef, chicken, fish and even vegetables. I guarantee itwon't disappoint.

Bake the potatoes for 40 - 50 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crispy. Serve immediately. HOW TO FREEZE CHICKEN SCHNITZEL (WITH QUICK COOKING TIPS) To cook schnitzel from frozen, heat a pan over a medium heat. Once the pan is hot, melt some ghee and add the frozen schnitzel. Cook until golden, then flip and cook the other side. _I’ve put together this handy list of healthy meals that freeze well so you can quickly stock up the freezer for lazy dinners or emergencies. Soups, curries, slow cooker meals and even homemade take-out. And yet our stomachs, or the people we love, demand tobe fed.
My solution to the yawning chasm between my desire to cook and going hungry is to make sure I always have a few meals tucked into the freezer that can be readily whipped out, defrosted and served with very little effort on my part.
