My dad looked around for a second viewing and agreed that everything needed doing: central heating, roof, replastering, woodworm floors, dodgy extension, damp, every room basically needed ripping out and puttingback.
TILES (AND HOW TO MAKE THE MOST OUT OF THEM) The classic metro tile, you’ve probably seen it a million times but using it in a different layout can make a real transformation. Check with your tiler first as patterns like herringbone are trickier to lay but it is so worth it. Metro tiles: Topps Tiles. Tile trim: Wet Room Supplies. Body wash: Kind Natured. Thank you for this post! You’ve inspired me to stop spending hours on eBay and I imagine a car boot sale would be really fun. Can I ask what type of clothes are suitable at Battersea car boot – I have lots of High Street clothes (Warehouse, Oliver Bonas, Oasis, H&M etc) and quite a few bits still with tags, but only one or two designerpieces.
