TERTULLIAN : DECRETUM GELASIANUM The 'quotes' are biblical, and presumably were in a different colour in the MSS, rather than in quotes. The numbering would appear to be modern, and I haven't always bothered with it. There appear to be two versions in the MSS, one with a long preface attributed to a council held by Pope Damasus.
