GREEK YOGURT CHIA SEED PUDDING I have a super simple recipe for you today. This Greek Yogurt Chia Seed Pudding is perfect anytime of day, from breakfast to an evening dessert after dinner. Here’s a simple video walk-through of the basics from the creator, Ryder Carrol. INDEX: This is simply a running list of the pages you put in your journal. By the way, I’ve made some free printables for you, so you can outline your own goals before you put them in your Bullet Journal, so check that out near the bottom of this post. Step Two – Identify 3 Projects. PERSONAL MONTHLY REVIEW IN YOUR BULLET JOURNAL The Projects section helps me keep all my projects organized by recording what I accomplished this month, what is in-progress, and things I have coming up the next month.. The Start, Stop, and Continue section is a simple way to make necessary adjustments. It’s exactly what it sounds like. Pick one (or a few) things you’d like to start,stop, and continue.
5 STRATEGIES TO AVOID COMPLACENCY 5 Strategies to Avoid Complacency. 1) Strive for something. Set a big goal and come up with a plan to work toward it. Breaking big goals that seem impossible into little bite-size steps can keep you from being complacent. Work on 1-3 small tasks per day. You’ll be making continual progress and 21 DAY FIX MEAL PREP IDEAS Instructions. Bring all ingredients to boil in a large saucepan. Turn off and cover. Let sit approximately 30-45 minutes. Let cool, then put a serving size amount in individual containers. Can be refrigerated up to one week or frozen. When ready to serve, heat in microwave and adddesired toppings.
