Stop Food Waste is a programme funded under the EPA National Waste Prevention Programme. Waste Prevention is the preferred waste management in IrelandMEAL PLANNING

Eating with the Season, what’s not to love! Today, due to modern agriculture and food processing techniques most of the food we eat is available all year round. No matter what month you go to the supermarket, the choice of fruits and vegetables is largely the same. Although this gives us huge variety, it results in lots of waste. Approximately 13% of total food waste occurs during transport 5 ESSENTIALS OF COMPOSTING Aeration. Just as with water, all composting organisms need oxygen.
