CHIANTI CLASSICO BROLIO BETTINO Since 2013, the Chianti Classico Ricasoli range of wines has been completed with the Brolio Bettino, a respectful tribute to the “Iron Baron” (1809–1880).The label shares the name “Brolio” and the Ricasoli family coat of arms with the Chianti Classico vintage and reserve. It is the “great wine” achieved by selecting the best grapes of Brolio, matured in barriques and with a long fining in the bottle that enhances its noble elegance. THE DELICIOUS OLIVE OIL OF BROLIO The idea of participating in the competition came from our excellent agronomist, Massimiliano Biagi. Aware of the worth of our product, he organized our presence at the event.BROLIO 2015
The company’s vines, which rise from 280 to 480 meters above sea level, produce the grapes for the Brolio harvest. The lands vary much from one another, while sharing a gravelly composition.CASALFERRO 2016
Casalferro was first produced in 1993 when Francesco Ricasoli became president of the company. A pure Merlot produced only during the best years, Casalferro is obtained from the vineyard of the same name located at 400 meters above sea level and facing south.
