PAN FRIED SAUSAGE WITH SPRING BROCCOLI AND WHITE BEANS Set aside. Heat a pan on medium high, add some olive oil and cook sausages 2-4 minutes until firm and well done. Remove sausage from pan and add in broccolini cook for about 2 min. Drain white beans and add in to the skillet, cook for a bit. Season with a little Italian seasoning if you like, add in stock and add sausage back. FRIED “CHICKEN” SAMMIE Directions. Heat a pot for frying, once pot is close to frying temp, drain seitan and remove from package. Add seitan pieces to non-dairy buttermilk. Then dredge seitan pieces in the black pepper breading mixture and repeat. Drop breaded seitan into the SPRINGTIME SCRAMBLE WITH ASPARAGUS AND FARRO Cook the Farro. Fill a medium pot half full of water or your favorite veggie stock and bring to a boil. Add the farro, reduce the heat and simmer until the farro is tender, chewy, but still has an al dente bite - 15 to 20 minutes for pearled farro; 20 to 30 minutes for semi-pearled farro; up to 40 minutes for whole farro. In a Bowl combine all marinade ingredients and mix together set aside a half a cup. Pour remaining marinade into a bowl covering seitan. Let chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Meanwhile, make peanut sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk all sauce ingredients until smooth and wellcombined.
KOREAN BBQ TOFU WITH FRIED RICE & SAUTEED BOK CHOY If there is any leftover oil in the pan, wipe it out. Then return the pan to the heat and add about half of the Korean BBQ sauce. Heat on low for a minute, then add a cornstarch slurry to slightly thicken thesauce.
