In a pressure pan or small cooker, add moong dal, vallarai leaves, onion, tomato and 1/2 cup of water. Pressure cook for 2 whistles. Once the pressure subsides, open the cooker and mash the contents well. Add salt needed. Add the ground coconut paste VEGETABLE PANEER MASALA TOAST SANDWICH-BREAD MASALA TOAST Add finely chopped coriander leaves, and crumbled paneer. Mix well and remove from heat. Take 2 bread slices, apply butter on both sides of the bread slice. Heat a tawa, toast both sides of the bread slice.
