WATERMELON LEMONADE
Watermelon Lemonade is a refreshing summer drink that is refined-sugar free! This recipe is adapted from my cookbook, Something Sweet, published by ArtScroll/Mesorah Publications WORLD'S BEST POTATO KUGEL Also, it must be done “overnight” style in order to reheat properly. Remove kugel from the freezer and pour one cup of seltzer (per 9×13 pan) over the frozen kugel. Cover tightly and place in a 250 degree oven. Place a large pan of water in the bottom of the oven. Bake for 8-10 hours, or overnight. NO-BAKE LEMON CHEESECAKE MOUSSE CUPS Instructions. In the bowl of an electric mixer, whip the cream until stiff. Remove from the mixer and set aside. (No need to wash the bowl before continuing.) Add the lemon pie filling and cream cheese to the mixer and beat until smooth. Add the vanilla extract, food coloring (if using) and powdered sugar and beat until combined. BEST EVER NO-MIXER BROWNIES FOR PASSOVER Instructions. Preheat oven to 325. Grease a 9x13 pan with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients until smooth. Pour into prepared baking pan. Bake for 35-4o minutes, until the top is set. ADEENA SUSSMAN'S MAGICAL HUMMUS Cook the chickpeas for about 20 minutes, until cooked through but not falling apart. Set aside ¼ cup to use for a garnish. Continue to cook the chickpeas for 45-55 minutes, until the water is cloudy and gelatinous and the chickpeas are starting to disintegrate. Remove from heat and divide into 3 portions, each 1⅓ cups. AWARD WINNING TURKEY VEGGIE MEATLOAF Instructions. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 9x13 pan or a loaf pan and set aside. In a large pan over medium-low heat, saute the onions, garlic, celery, red pepper, salt, pepper and thyme in oil until soft and translucent, about 10-20 minutes. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a long rectangle, about 30×10 inches. The thinner you roll out the dough, the better the buns will be. Once the dough is rolled out, ROASTED RED PEPPER DIP Instructions. Preheat the oven to 425. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside. Cut the peppers into quarters and remove the seeds. Place on the tray with the onion and garlic. Toss with remaining ingredients. Bake at 425 for 45-50 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the tops of the peppers are starting to brown.
