I do sometimes struggle to find really good quality sausages, low in salt and full of good quality meat. For Harry, I like to make an apple crumble with the biscuit – I stew one apple, pop it in a MELT-IN-YOUR-MOUTH SLOW COOKER MEATBALLS Step 5. Place the lid on your slow cooker and cook for 4-6 hours on LOW. If you have an electric pressure cooker, or multi-cooker, place and lock the lid and cook the meatballs on HIGH pressure for 5 minutes. LEMON, ALMOND & RICOTTA MINI MUFFINS Right now, George is in bed and I’m enjoying one of these moist little lemon, almond & ricotta muffins with a cup of tea. POTATO AND CAULIFLOWER SOUP This soup is just perfect for a lazy Sunday evening. It is quick and simple to make, and full of goodness to kick-start the week. The soup is great on it’s own and perfect for the whole family, or you can layer up the flavours by adding crispy bacon pieces or other veggies such as parsnips or broccoli.
