In 2009 Neil McCaffrey, the CEO of Book Center of the Rockies (the fulfillment house for Ignatius Press and Roman Catholic Books) approached me for input on a book he was writing on how to operate a Catholic store. In 2010 Neil published The Intelligent Catholic's TEN RESOLUTIONS TO IMPROVE YOUR CATHOLIC STORE It's time to start a new year at your store. This isn't a calendar year or a budget year. This is a mental new year where you toss out the old way of running your business and bring in something new. I've put together ten resolutions for you to work on.
