The Brewery. From small beginnings in Aro Street, our Garage Project has grown to work across multiple sites in Wellington and further afield.. From the original 50 litre brew kit we have expanded. FUGAZI – GARAGE PROJECT The interesting product of Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe, the grapey, gooseberry and grapefruity qualities of NS marrying the earthy, woody quality of Simcoe to create a welcoming and approachable, medium bodied yet spritzy low alcohol beverage. Don't be decieved, sometimes things are not what they seem. The modest strength belies the flavourwithin.

A clean, refreshing sour beer inspired by the burger’s classic companion - the dill pickle. Naturally kettle soured and infused with cucumber, dill, and pickle spice. The latest release in our ongoing series of foraged flower and fruit beers. The concept is simple. Freshly picked Feijoa flowers are plunged into a light golden base wort creating a spontaneous fermentation using only the wild yeast present on flowers. The beer is then aged in oak wine barrels before being infused with Feijoa fruit.
