Instructions. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cream the butter and sugars. Add the egg and both extracts until fully combined. Add the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Stir together. Stir in the chocolate chips, coconut and almonds. Using a cookie scoop or WAFFLES WITH BERRY COMPOTE Instructions. In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Combine the buttermilk, eggs and vanilla. Pour into the dry ingredients, add the cooled melted butter and give it a stir until fully combined. Make the waffles according to your machine. In a medium sauce pan combine the fruit, sugar and water.S'MORES DIP

ABOUT - FRIDAY IS CAKE NIGHT We certainly don’t stop at cake. Cookies, pastry and ice cream are always welcome to attend. A typical Friday night for our family involves pj’s, some quality-couch time with a movie and of course a treat.
