BLANCHED BROCCOLI
Blanching broccoli is as easy as boiling water. First, you just boil a pot of salted water over high heat. Then gently place the broccoli into the rapidly boiling water. Boil for 2 to 3 minutes depending on the size of the florets. While the broccoli is cooking, set aside a AIR FRYER BAKED APPLES 2 medium apples (see notes); 1/2 cup (46 grams) rolled oats (if gluten-free, use GF oats); 2 tablespoons (15 grams) all-purpose flour, white whole wheat flour or for GF, use 2 tablespoons (18 grams) Bob's Red Mill 1-to-1 Gluten-free Baking Mix ; 2 tablespoons (25 grams) brown sugar or coconut sugar*; 2 tablespoons (28 grams) unsalted butter or coconut oil, melted and cooled (coconut oil for OATMEAL COOKIES WITHOUT BUTTER Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a cookie sheet with a piece of parchment paper. Stir together the dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the melted coconut oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla and stir. Add the dry mix to the wet mix and stir just until combined. ALCOHOLIC WASSAIL RECIPE (SLOW COOKER OR STOVETOP) Instructions. Add all the ingredients (except the garnish) in a slow cooker and heat at high for 1 hour. Turn the heat to low and add the alcohol. Let it go for another 4-8 hours until ready to serve. Strain out the spices and if desired, garnish. Cool any leftovers before putting in the fridge. CREAM CHEESE QUESADILLAS While the pan is heating up, spread the chicken mixture over four of the tortillas. Place the remaining four tortillas on top of the filling. Add all the ingredients (except the garnish) in a slow cooker and heat at high for 1 hour. Turn the heat to low and add the alcohol. Let it go for another 4-8 hours until ready to serve. Strain out the spices and if desired, garnish. Cool any leftovers before putting in the fridge. HONEY PINEAPPLE GREEK FROYO Instructions. In a bowl stir together the Greek yogurt, 1/3 C honey (reserving the 1 tbsp for another use) and pineapple or lemon juice. When fully combined place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes, until ready to make froyo. When ready, freeze the froyo according to your ice cream makers directions. When the froyo is almost done, remove the 5 GREEK YOGURT IDEAS Best served as a single serving breakfast, snack or even dessert! 1/2 C plain Greek Yogurt. 1 tbsp maple syrup or 20 drops liquid stevia for a sugar free option. dash vanilla. 1 C grapes, halved if desired. In a bowl stir together the yogurt, maple syrup or stevia and vanilla until completely mixed. Add in the grapes, stir and enjoy!* Home
