Enter the IP address of the Arduino in the app. If everything works, you should now be able to see input from the potentiometer in the app. INSTALL CORDOVA ON LINUX Follow these steps to install Cordova: Install Node.js. Node.js may already be installed. To test the installation, open a terminal window and type: nodejs --version. If the version number is displayed, Node.js is installed. If Node.js is not installed, install with: sudo apt-get install nodejs. EVOTHINGS STUDIO RETIRES Dear dev community, this note should’ve been written some time ago, when the mobile market was far more heterogenous than today, and when there were considerably fewer frameworks serving non-native developers. Evothings Studio is officially no longer supported and has in its commercial form not served customers in a long time. We’ve kept the servers running on AWS as support for schools, other organisations and interested individuals who have wanted to continue to use the live-reload features and analytics tools. The reload service will be discontinued on July 1, 2020. Would there be any party out there, who’d want to continue on a hybrid mobile journey targeting the internet of things, and possibly make the necessary updates to libraries and corresponding documentation — feel free to get in touch with us. The code is also on Github, so this has been of course been a viable option all along, and an alternative to fading into the void of forgotten frameworks. Thank you for all support, contribution and happy thoughts over theseyears.
