January 5, 2021 – ESSER II. The Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2021 (CRRSA), was signed into law on December 27, 2020, and provides an additional $54.3 billion for the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSER II Fund). 40 YEARS OF SEXUALITY EDUCATION: WHAT'S CHANGED? We’ve just finished writing a new edition of our book on sexuality education, which has been in print for almost 40 years. That’s a long time! A lot of people ask us, “What’s changed in sex ed over so many years?”. The easy answer is, a lot has changed—and yet an STD FACTS - PAMPHLET - ETR ETR is excited to offer a refreshed and newly designed STD Facts, a great introduction on how to take care of your sexual health and prevent sexually transmitted diseases. The pamphlet includes an easily accessible overview of 8 common sexually transmitted diseases—folding out to a handy, comprehensive chart that makes the information easy to understand. LESSON 7: SKILLS FOR EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION Standard 4: Communication. Performance Indicator 4.12.1: Use skills for communicating effectively with family, peers, and others to enhance health. Standard 7: Practicing Health-Enhancing Behaviors.
