FURTHER TIGHTENING OF SAFE MANAGEMENT MEASURES IN PRESCHOOLS AND EARLY INTERVENTION CENTRES TO MINIMISE TRANSMISSION In line with the shift to Phase 2 (Heightened Alert) announced by the Multi-Ministry Taskforce, the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) will further tighten safe management measures (SMMs) in preschools and Early Intervention (EI) centres1 from Sunday, 16 May to Sunday, 13 June 2021.
