It is easy, effective and there are tons of ways to customize your training. This workout can be done with no equipment so it is great for when you are traveling or confined to small spaces. My week is a bit busy as I am getting ready to head to Savannah this weekend but otherwise it’s pretty darn good. I am loving that fall has arrived – well in the mornings anyway. I look forward to more cooler weather 5 TIPS FOR FINDING TIME TO WORKOUT So today I am sharing 5 fitness tips for finding time to workout. 1. Get Motivated. I am a runner so it can be fairly easy to get motivated to get out and run – sign up for a race. If I have paid to run a race, I am more likely to force myself out the door. But a great way to make fitness a priority is to find your motivation whatever it is.
