HONEY LIME DRESSING
HONEY LIME DRESSING. The ease and ability to whip up a homemade dressing in a blender is a game changer for a salad lover like me. Forget the store-bought kind – it only takes a few ingredients (that you can pronounce!) and give them a whirl in a blender to OATMEAL CARROT COOKIES RECIPE In a medium mixing bowl, whisk cooled butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar. Add egg and vanilla and whisk well. Add carrots and nuts and stir in. Combine wet ingredients with ddry ingredients and stir until well incorporated. Cover bowl with cookie dough and chill for at least 2 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. PERFECT CAESAR SALAD Spread into one layer on a baking sheet and bake in 375 degrees F for no longer than 10 minutes. To make dressing: combine all ingredients in a small food processor or blender and process until smooth and creamy. To make salad: arrange lettuce in salad bowl. Top with Parmesan cheese, still warm croutons and drizzle with salad dressing. SKILLET CHICKEN THIGHS Mix seasoning in a small bowl and sprinkle over chicken. Rub into the meat. Flip and repeat on the other side. Heat up oil in a skillet. Add butter and let it melt. Cook chicken thighs, 3 to 4 at a time, not to crowd the pan. Cook 5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook 5 to 7 minutes on the other side, until golden brown.FRESH CORN SALAD
