Regional GIS. The CRCOG Regional Web GIS and Parcel Viewer utilizes multiple data sets collected from the 38 CRCOG municipalities as well as state and federal agencies. While efforts are made to ensure the most accurate data is conveyed, these data sets are not to be considered the most current or authoritative for any of the locations. RAIL IMPROVEMENTS ECONOMIC IMPACT STUDY The improvements, which include finishing the Hartford Line and connecting it to Worcester, Massachusetts, would have a transformative effect on regional and state economies. The report projects between $47 and $84 billion in new regional Gross Domestic Product over 30 years would result from the $6 to $9 billion rail investment.
