CCA provides direct services to communities in New York City, Syracuse, and Rochester. Each year we engage upwards of 2,500 youth and adults who would otherwise be incarcerated.Our Programs
At CCA, our policy work is driven by the people and communities we serve. Through organizing and advocacy, we fight to end mass incarceration and mass criminalization across New York State.
