McGregor hall underwent a major renovation in 2002. It now houses 62 co-ed student and has its own kitchen and laundry facilities. The large multipurpose recreation room in the basement of McGregor draws students from all over campus and is used for everything from art shows, to disco parties, to small concerts. Ticknor House. Ticknor House was built in 1897 and houses 35 co-ed students. On the National Register of Historic Buildings, Ticknor House is a favored residential accommodation. It has a large central living room with fireplace, a piano room, and kitchen. It was named in honor of Anna Ticknor, a dear friend of the donor, Elizabeth CheneyKaufman.

MU228 - INTRODUCTION TO TOPICS IN DIGITAL MUSIC Students will work on a series of creative projects. Their work will be informed by an introduction to the fundamental theoretical context (acoustics, digital and analog sound, MIDI), as well as analytical listening and discussion.
