THE CO-OPERATIVE COLLEGE Established in 1919 by the co-operative movement, our core aim was to extend the provision of education to co-operators. The focus was on learning how to run successful co-operative enterprises and how to behave ethically as a co-operator. We began as a residential centre, with the first students coming from across the UK, Iceland andAustralia.

CO-OPERATIVE UNIVERSITY “What we want and seek to obtain is a co-operative journey that will end in a co-operative university.” (Rae, 1909) A long sought after dream of the co-operative movement, the exploration of what a future Co-operative University might look like began in 2012 when we commissioned a report to explore the barriers to, and the enablers of,such a university.

The difference between a Director and a manager. CO-OPERATIVE COLLEGE ONLINE YOUTH SERIES Previous Sessions Session one - Introduction to Online Youth Sessions Series 28 April 1:30pm - 2:30pm .
