In order to be able to present a representative overview of our collections by 2020, we are giving priority to realising general inventories of the fonds. The Dieweg Cemetery is one of the most unusual places in the Brussels region. Disused in 1958 and classified in 1997, it is recognized as a green area of high biological value. Little maintained, it has transformed over time, and an incredible diversity of plants has taken over the place, invading the ironworks and ruined monuments.
