Trash Collection – City of Los Alamitos. In June 2010, the City of Los Alamitos entered into a contract for the Provision of Solid Waste Services with Consolidated Disposal Services (CDS). The contract took effect on January 1, 2011. In March 2016, the City Council determined that the Solid Waste Services Contract with Consolidated Disposal PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST Requests for public records should be in writing and should be as specific as possible. While it is not mandatory to make a formal written request, having a completed Public Records Request Form allows the City Clerk’s Office to respond in a timely manner.
