The Cathedral offers six choral scholarships to alto (male or female), tenor and bass singers who are keen to gain experience of singing in a Cathedral choir of a professional standard for one or two years. READY, STEADY, PEDAL! Pedal power will be taking centre stage outside Norwich Cathedral this week as the nationwide Cathedrals Cycle Route reaches the city. The new 2,000-mile relay ride connects the country’s 42 Church of England Cathedrals and the specially-commissioned CCR baton will be changing hands in Norwich on Thursday 10 and Friday 11 June, the 13th and 14th day of the 42-day challenge.THE CHAPTER

With news that the intruding female Peregrine, known as 'GA', has killed a second chick, the Hawk & Owl Trust has confirmed that the two remaining chicks, both recovered after unsuccessful attempts to fledge, will be rehabilitated away from the nest. Volunteers have always been at the heart of our life at Norwich Cathedral, supporting our dedicated staff in a wide range of areas of Cathedral life and being at the forefront of the welcome to ourvisitors.
And now we are gathering a team of volunteers to welcome the Natural History Museum's Dippy the Diplodocus to Norwich Cathedral. So why not come and join us and be part of the Dippy team. Our Dippy volunteers will be at the heart of this great adventure and helping ensure all who come to meet Dippy will have a happy and memorabletime.
