HOW BAD IS IT TO EAT AFTER 8PM? It’s not the when, but the what. Clients are often asking me how bad is it to eat after 8pm, nervous that it will throw their health goals off track. Eating a late dinner will not make you gain weight. However, that does not mean you should eat a big meal and then crawl right into bed. Eating too close to bedtime can give you heartburn and 5 TIPS TO DROP 5 POUNDS Drink up. Aim to drink at least 64-100 ounces, or 8-12 glasses, of water a day and add in green tea when you can–hot, iced, or matcha-style. 1 tbsp. of extra-virgin olive oil. Salt and black pepper to taste. 1 tsp. hemp hearts, for serving (optional) Directions: In a food processor, puree tomato until almost smooth.
