BYU-IDAHO CONSTRUCTION REVAMPS CAMPUS BYU-Idaho is taking advantage of its remote spring semester with dug up sidewalks all around campus. NEW REXBURG / CAMPUS PARKING REGULATIONS: PART TWO Last week Scroll examined the new “University” permits sold by the City of Rexburg. This week, Scroll looks at the extended campus parking permit requirements as well as the new “Residential” permits sold by the City of Rexburg. Streets like West 450 S. and S. The anonymous responses ranged from enthusiasm about the Honor Code FOUR YEARS IN PRISON FOR CONNOR HAMMOND Connor Hammond, a former BYU-Idaho student who plead guilty to felony rape and two felony counts of lewd conduct with a minor in July, was sentenced to four years in prison Sept. 9.__
