BETTER BATTER
Thanks for stopping by our site! I developed Better Batter flour years ago, to take care of my family, when there wasn’t anything else available. I built our company to be the very best in product quality, employment practices, and customer service; and to build a better world through our humanitarian and hunger relief projects.PIZZA CRUST
Proof the yeast in the water and sugar. Mix the dry in mixer. Add wet to dry and mix for 3 minutes. Form the pizza on parchment paper and put both on a perforated pan or a pizza screen. Let sit while oven heats to 425. Bake 10 minutes for 2 thin crust or 12 minutes for 1 thick crust. Top with favorite toppings and bake for 10-12 minutesmore.
GLUTEN FREE FLOUR

No freaky ingredients: Your health is too important for us to cut corners, so our gluten free flour is GMO free, free of top 11 allergens (milk, egg, peanut, tree nut, wheat, soy, fish, crustacean/shellfish, mustard, sesame, sulphites), corn free, and vegan friendly. It EXTRA CRISPY FRIED MUSHROOMS 2 lb small mushrooms (button or baby portabella), rinsed well and dried 1-2 c Better Batter Gluten Free Seasoned Flour , in a small container with lid 1-2 eggs, beaten OR 1/2 c aquafaba (bean juice) – if using bean juice, add a pinch of sugar – in a small containerwith lid
SLOW COOKER YEAST BREAD Take a chop stick, skewer etc and place it so that the lid of the slow cooker is very slightly propped. If you get too big of a stick or wooden spoon, the cooker won’t be able to maintain ideal humidity and heat to make this work, so I have found that the smaller the better. Place the slow cooker on high and cook the bread for 5 hoursor
PATE SUCREE (SUGAR PASTRY) 2 sticks (1 c, 8oz total) extremely cold butter or margarine, cut into one ounce slices. 2 eggs. 1/4 c cold water. In the bowl of your food processor, pulse Better Batter flour and sugar until combined. Add 1/2 of the butter or margarine and pulse again until completely incorporated into the flour mixture (mixture will be like finecrumbs).
LEIDENHEIMER BREAD COPYCAT 1 tsp salt. In the bowl of your stand mixer, mix together the Better Batter Gluten Free Flour, Sourdough Starter, water, sugar, oil and salt. Blend on high speed for 4 minutes, or until completely combined – the texture will be between the texture of a very soft cookie dough and a drop biscuit dough. Grease your oblong bread cloche (s)and
