AUNT BEE'S RECIPES
Homemade Loaded Queso. Homemade Loaded Queso is EVERYONE's favorite chip dip with none of the processed fake cheese ingredients! Ground Beef, 3 types of cheeses, peppers, onions & seasonings make this hearty from scratch dip a meal on it's own! EASY BBQ PULLED PORK ‘FOR A CROWD’ Instructions. Place roast in a large stock pot. Add vinegar and salt to the pot then cover the roast completely with water. Bring to a boil over medium high heat and boil for 1 hour. Reserve some of the cooking liquid. Carefully remove roast to a roasting pan or dutch oven with a lid. Add about 1 inch of cooking liquid to the bottom of the pan.HEATH BAR POKE CAKE
While cake is hot out of the oven, poke top of cake every 1/2 inch with the handle of a wooden spoon. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over cake, then drizzle with caramel topping. Allow to cool completely. Spread cool whip over top of cake then sprinkle with heath bar pieces. Store cake covered, in the refrigerator. SMOKED SAUSAGE ALFREDO Add heavy cream and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring often, until sauce has reduced slightly, about 5 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese, creole seasoning and 1/4 cup reserved pasta water. Remove from heat. Toss noodles with Alfredo sauce and top with reserved Smoked Sausage,Peppers and Onions.
SKILLET SAUSAGE WITH PEPPERS & ONIONS Add butter and oil to a large skillet over medium high heat. Add sausage, peppers and onions and cook until starting to brown, stirring as little as possible to get some good color on it, about 10 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and add the garlic, stirring constantly for 1 minute. Add the tomatoes with juice, bouillon cube, and Cajunseasoning.
PREACHER’S MACARONI CASSEROLE When you are ready to bake it: The night before remove the casserole from the freezer and put it in the refrigerator to thaw over night. The next day, bake the casserole, covered, for 20 minutes. Remove cover and stir, top with shredded cheese and bake for 10 more minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. 7.8.1.2. OLIVE GARDEN GARLIC ROSEMARY CHICKEN Instructions. Very carefully separate the cloves from the heads of roasted garlic. Set them aside. Cook mushrooms in oil in a large skillet over medium high heat for 5 minutes. Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides. Add chicken to skillet. Sprinkle rosemary all over chicken and mushrooms. Cook chicken breasts on both sidesuntil
EASY PROVOLONE CHICKEN BAKE Top each breast with 2 slices provolone cheese. Combine milk and cream of chicken soup and spread over top of cheese. Sprinkle stuffing mix all over the top of the dish. Drizzle melted butter over stuffing mix. Cover with foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 15 more minutes to crisp up the stuffing topping {5 INGREDIENT} BEEFY LIPTON ONION CASSEROLE Directions. Brown ground beef and drain off excess grease. Add onion soup mix, crushed tomatoes and water. Bring to a slight boil and cover and reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes. Add cooked noodles and pour in a 2 quart casserole dish. Top with lots of cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. BEST EVER GRILLED CHICKEN FAJITA MARINADE 2 Tbsp brown sugar. 6 cloves garlic, crushed. 1 packet taco seasoning (like the kind for beef tacos) handful of fresh cilantro. 1/2 cup oil. 6 - 8 Chicken breast or 2 lbs Flank Steak or Top Sirloin. *if using a gas grill or an indoor grill, I add a TBSP of hickory flavored liquid OKLAHOMA INDIAN TACOS Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes more. Drain excess grease. Add taco seasoning mix, beans, rotel and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes or until thickened. While simmering, finish your remaining steps. -Mix self-rising flour with buttermilk in a bowl. SLOW COOKER ITALIAN ZUCCHINI & TOMATOES Spray slow cooker with cooking spray, Add sliced zucchini, diced tomatoes, onions and garlic to slow cooker. Top with butter, olive oil, salt, black pepper and Italian seasoning. Cook on low for 3 – 4 hours. Toss with Parmesan cheese and top with fresh basil. GARLIC BUTTER BABY BRUSSELS SPROUTS Garlic Butter Baby Brussels Sprouts. Melt butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add Brussels sprouts and onions. Saute for about 8 minutes or until they start to brown. Add the garlic for the last 2 minutes. Season with garlic salt & pepper to taste. Finish off with the Dales & serve. THE ULTIMATE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE Instructions. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Brown sausage in a large skillet and remove from pan and set aside. Add diced bacon to the skillet and cook until down, remove and set aside, reserving 2 Tbsp bacon grease in the pan. Homemade Loaded Queso. Homemade Loaded Queso is EVERYONE's favorite chip dip with none of the processed fake cheese ingredients! Ground Beef, 3 types of cheeses, peppers, onions & seasonings make this hearty from scratch dip a meal on it's own!HEATH BAR POKE CAKE
While cake is hot out of the oven, poke top of cake every 1/2 inch with the handle of a wooden spoon. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over cake, then drizzle with caramel topping. Allow to cool completely. Spread cool whip over top of cake then sprinkle with heath bar pieces. Store cake covered, in the refrigerator. EASY BBQ PULLED PORK ‘FOR A CROWD’ Instructions. Place roast in a large stock pot. Add vinegar and salt to the pot then cover the roast completely with water. Bring to a boil over medium high heat and boil for 1 hour. Reserve some of the cooking liquid. Carefully remove roast to a roasting pan or dutch oven with a lid. Add about 1 inch of cooking liquid to the bottom of the pan. SMOKED SAUSAGE ALFREDO Add heavy cream and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring often, until sauce has reduced slightly, about 5 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese, creole seasoning and 1/4 cup reserved pasta water. Remove from heat. Toss noodles with Alfredo sauce and top with reserved Smoked Sausage,Peppers and Onions.
SKILLET SAUSAGE WITH PEPPERS & ONIONS Add butter and oil to a large skillet over medium high heat. Add sausage, peppers and onions and cook until starting to brown, stirring as little as possible to get some good color on it, about 10 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and add the garlic, stirring constantly for 1 minute. Add the tomatoes with juice, bouillon cube, and Cajunseasoning.
SWEETIE PIE’S MAC & CHEESE Stir hot cooked noodles into the butter and cheeses in the casserole dish until mixed well. Combine evaporated milk, whole milk, egg, sour cream, sugar, white pepper and salt in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Pour evenly over macaroni noodles and top with more shredded cheddar. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until top is lightly browned. BACON CHEESEBURGER CRESCENT ROLLS Instructions. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown meat in a skillet, drain and return to pan. Add crispy bacon, minced onion, minced garlic, Dijon Mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Dill pickles, and Velveeta Cheese. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until cheese is melted and thoroughly combined. Remove from heat and let cool for10 minutes.
SLOW COOKER ITALIAN ZUCCHINI & TOMATOES Spray slow cooker with cooking spray, Add sliced zucchini, diced tomatoes, onions and garlic to slow cooker. Top with butter, olive oil, salt, black pepper and Italian seasoning. Cook on low for 3 – 4 hours. Toss with Parmesan cheese and top with fresh basil. Other side dishes you may like: Brussels Sprouts with Bacon & Apple CiderVinegar.

FAMILY FAVORITE MEATLOAF Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl. Form into a loaf and place on an aluminum foil lined pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Combine ketchup and brown sugar for topping and spread over the top. Bake for 15 more minutes or until meatloaf is cooked through. CRUNCHY ONION CHICKEN Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place foil into a 13x9 pan. Spray with pam. Combine soup mix and bread crumbs in a shallow dish. Add mayonnaise to another shallow dish. Place butter into foil lined pan and put in oven to melt. While butter is melting, toss chicken in mayonnaise mixture then press each breast into the onion/breadcrumbmixture.
