SUN VALLEY HISTORY & MUSEUMS: KETCHUM / SUN VALLEY Located in downtown Ketchum, Idaho, the Ketchum/Sun Valley Heritage & Ski Museum is a fascinating place to visit and explore. From meager beginnings in 1989, the Museum is currently housed in two buildings that include museum exhibits, offices and a gift shop. SUN VALLEY HISTORY & MUSEUMS: ERNEST HEMINGWAY MEMORIAL The Hemingway Memorial is located one mile east of the Sun Valley Lodge on Trail Creek Rd. The Memorial is accessible year round and there is no fee to visit the site. SAWTOOTH MOUNTAINS: PETTIT LAKE To get to Pettit Lake from Stanley, Idaho, drive south 18 miles on State Road 75.
