Over the past year, the use of video call technology has grown exponentially – to the point where we actually have video call fatigue.. Personally, I think one of the reasons that we have video call fatigue is because we haven’t developed any universally accepted rules CAN EMPLOYERS REQUIRE COVID VACCINE FOR EMPLOYEES For years, many employers in high-risk workplaces (e.g., hospitals and nursing homes) have required their employees to obtain an annual flu vaccine. But, before an employer decides it is going to make getting the COVID vaccine a condition of employment there are a number of legal and other considerations that must be considered. DEFINING WORKPLACE RETALIATION Workplace retaliation is serious. Perceptions of retaliatory action can damage credibility, destroy employee morale, and have a negative impact on workplace productivity. Organizations need to make sure that supervisors and managers clearly understand the company’s zero-tolerance for this type of behavior. Image captured by SharlynLauby
CAN YOU REQUIRE EMPLOYEES RETURN TO THE WORKPLACE DURING Let’s start with FMLA.
