The park is located on Twenty Mile Creek at the intersection of U.S. Route 45 and road 7450 in Baldwyn, Mississippi. The W.M. Browning Cretacceous Fossil Park and route 45. ANGEL'S LANDING, ZION NATIONAL PARK Angel's Landing in Zion National Park in southwest Utah is one of the most spectacular hikes in North America. The short trail ascends to the rock formation in the middle of Zion Canyon and has sections were the trail is only a few feet wide while there are 1,500 foot vertical drops on both sides. THE PRECIPICE TRAIL, ACADIA NATIONAL PARK Highest elevation: 1,058 ft (322 m) Elevation gain: 958 ft (292 m) Date: November 24, 2010. The east face of Champlain Mountain. The Precipice Trail goes up this. The Precipice is perhaps the best and most challenging trail in Acadia National Park. The trail ascends nearly 1000 feet up the vertical eastern face of Champlain Mountain. SUBWAY BOTTOM UP, ZION NATIONAL PARK Subway Bottom Up, Zion National Park. Thompson Peak is the highest point in the Sawtooth Mountains in central Idaho and is one of over 50 peaks over 10,000 feet high in the range. The peak is southwest of the town of Stanley in the Sawtooth Wilderness of the Sawtooth National Recreation Area.It is the most popular peak in the Sawtooths, but do not be surprised if you are the only one on the trail. VERMILION CLIFFS NATIONAL MONUMENT Vermilion Cliffs National Monument was established in 2000 on BLM land to protect the Paria Plateau, Coyote Buttes, Paria Canyon, and Vermilion Cliffs. The monument is a part of the Grand Circle and located between the Grand Canyon, Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, and Zion National Park.The Vermilion Cliffs are seen from U.S. TRAIL AMONG THE TREES, ROCKWOODS RESERVATION Trail Among the Trees, Rockwoods Reservation. CIVIL WAR EARTHWORKS AT TALLAHATCHIE CROSSING Along Mississippi Highway 7 between Holly Springs and Oxford are the Civil War Earthworks at Tallahatchie Crossing. This site was the location parapets for Union cannons in late 1862 as General Grant moved along the Mississippi Central Railroad from their supply base in Holly Springs towards Oxford, and ultimately Vicksburg. GREEN ROCK TRAIL, ROCKWOODS RESERVATION Rockwoods Reservation is located between Eureka and Wildwood, Missouri and contains 3.6 miles of the 14.3 mile-long Green Rock Trail.I hiked approximately three miles (six miles round trip) of this trail from its beginning along Glencoe Road to the point where it crosses Melrose Road, which is shortly before the trail enters Greensfelder CountyPark.

The recreation area includes a campground, boat launch, a stretch of accessible shoreline, and a hiking trail. The hiking trail is supposed to be a 1.7-mile interpretive trail, but nearly all of the interpretive signs are gone, and even the two trailheads are not well marked. The trail shape is somewhat odd, with two separate trailheads and a loop section (see this map - not the west spur doesn't really seem to exist anymore, except for a short 50-foot walk to a bench). There is also a short trail between the campground and day use area, so when this is combined with the 1.7-mile trail and the campground road and day use area road, make for about a 2.5-mile walk.
