Next, carefully place your hands roughly shoulder width apart on the bar, so that your elbows hang loosely down towards the floor, and are positioned at GYM GEEK HOW TO SAFELY AND CORRECTLY USE THE LEG PRESS Grab firmly onto the assist handles located at the side of the machine. Push the plate platform away with your feet by extending the knees and hips, and pushing backwards into the seat. Turn the locking safety handle with your hand so that the machine is free to move. Push the weight with your feet, making sure to do so in a controlledmanner.

THE BEST POWERLIFTING 3-DAY WORKOUT ROUTINE This training split is a 3 day split, so, obviously, you will be training for just 3 days each week.
