AGENCY 'JOB-FILL' RATES RISING! ARE YOURS? This metric fell in Australia, to Agencies filling four jobs out of ten taken in Quarter 1 2020. Since then, the fill ratio has been climbing. It’s not dramatic, but in Quarter 4 2020 that ratio had risen to 45.5%, so 4.5 jobs filled out of 10 taken, or virtually half. Thanks to JobAdder for the outstanding data. REMEMBER!
