SET UP GROOMING SERVICES Step 1: Set up the additional service. Navigate to Left-hand Navigation: Admin » Reservation Types and Services Configuration. Locate your Grooming Services reservation type. Reservation Types are shown in purple headers on this page. Click Create New Additional Service and configure the following fields: Name: Enter the name ofthis grooming
STAFF TRAINING VIDEOS Below you will find video tutorials for the various features within Gingr. Although there aren't videos for all features (yet!), we hope that this gives you a good start at learning how to use the program. We have also included links to the related article so that you can read more about the feature if needed. HOW TO MANUALLY ADD AND DEDUCT PACKAGE CREDITS Start by navigating to the owner's profile and view the Current Packages section. Click the action menu next to the package you wish to deduct credits from and select the Deduct Package Credits button. Edit the correct remaining number of credits as needed in the Should Be field. Click the Deduct Package Credits button to complete thededuction.
SPECIALIST SCHEDULES Continue down to set start and end times the user will be available to perform this specific service. Time spots on the calendar will be determined by the interval set for the service (this is setup by going to Left Navigation: Admin » Reservation Types and Services Configuration) and the specialist's availability and will be influenced by the capacity set for that time-slot.__
