For example, if you’re paying your 20-man crew deferred, and they all work 20 days, and each of them is promised $100 per day, you need to account for $40,000 in the budget. (20 crew x $100 per day x 20 days = $40,000). The same goes for any deferred vendors, such as posthouses.
