GUILT FREE LEMONADE
This lemonade recipe is one of the simplest drinks to make, and is sweetened with stevia. It is additive and gluten free. For those who are new to stevia, lemon is a good mask to the slightly different flavor of stevia. Since stevia is not actually a sugar, it registers a bit different on the tongue. Give yourself at least a couple weeks to get used to it if you don't like the taste. This is HONEY MUSTARD SALAD DRESSING Directions: Mince the garlic. Combine apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey and mustard. Whisk well to blend and make it a bit creamy. Add garlic, oregano, basil, salt and pepper and blend well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, to blend flavors. This dressing will keep for about 1 week in the fridge. Serve on salad or fresh chopped veggies. MIXED FRUIT SIMPLE SMOOTHIE Directions: Add all to a blender. Blend. If you want it more liquidy, then add fresh coconut water if you can get it (straight from a fresh coconut), or water. MARINATED ROAST BEEF Top Blade Roast: a tender cut with a nice flavor, and is a good value. Eye of Round Roast: a leaner and tougher cut that has a bit less of a beefy flavor. Top Sirloin Roast: a tender, juicy and marbled cut - more suitable when you can get an economical one - a better quality one won't need to be marinated. Top Round Roast: a classic roast beef cut - more suitable when you find an economical BEEF LIVER AND ONIONS Heat 1 to 2 tablespoons of meat fat in a frying pan over medium to medium-high heat. When hot, add the onions and fry until soft and tender, about 5 to 10 minutes. When cooked, remove from heat and set aside. Heat the remaining 1 to 2 tablespoons of meat fat in the same frying pan over medium heat. When hot, add the liver. REFRIGERATOR PICKLES Wash all fresh vegetables, rinse and dry with a clean towel. Wash a 2 cup glass mason jar and tight fitting lid, rinse and dry with a clean towel. Cut onions into very thin slices. Crush or thinly slice or dice the garlic clove. Place into mason jar. Add peppercorns and any optional seeds or hot peppers. BEEF STEW WITH FRESH TOMATOES Reduce heat to a medium simmer. Cook for about 10 minutes, to soften. As the tomatoes start to soften, smash them with a spoon, to break them up. Squeeze the juice of the lime into the tomatoes, and add oregano, cumin, salt and pepper. Stire and continue to simmer. Chop garlic, celery, onion and hot pepper (if using). HERB AND GARLIC BUTTER ROAST BEEF Directions: Remove the roast from refrigerator 30 minutes to 1 hour before cooking, to allow it to come to room temperature. Season all sides with salt and pepper, and rewrap until you're ready to cook it. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Prepare the herbs and vegetables.Chop garlic finely.

GUILT FREE LEMONADE
This lemonade recipe is one of the simplest drinks to make, and is sweetened with stevia. It is additive and gluten free. For those who are new to stevia, lemon is a good mask to the slightly different flavor of stevia. Since stevia is not actually a sugar, it registers a bit different on the tongue. Give yourself at least a couple weeks to get used to it if you don't like the taste. This is MIXED FRUIT SIMPLE SMOOTHIE Directions: Add all to a blender. Blend. If you want it more liquidy, then add fresh coconut water if you can get it (straight from a fresh coconut), or water. Add some ice if desired, and serve with a big straw or a spoon. Delicious and simple! FREE Guide. 10 Steps to Healthy Gluten Free Eating. FRENCH FRY SEASONING Chop or mince the vegetables very fine. Place on a rack of your dehydrator and dry, or on a cookie sheet in the oven. If using the oven, check every 5 minutes, and stir them up, and bake until dry. When drying garlic in the oven, the aroma can be extremely strong. Be sure to open some windows and turn on the oven fan. HONEY MUSTARD SALAD DRESSING Directions: Mince the garlic. Combine apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey and mustard. Whisk well to blend and make it a bit creamy. Add garlic, oregano, basil, salt and pepper and blend well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, to blend flavors. This dressing will keep for about 1 week in the fridge. Serve on salad or fresh chopped veggies. BAKED MAC AND CHEESE Preheat oven to 375 F. Add the cheese mixture to the cooked macaroni and toss gently to mix. If the pasta is quite soft, be more careful, so it doesn't break apart. (image 7) Place macaroni mixture into a 8" x 8" square baking pan, or pan of similar size in PATACONES WITH GARLIC LIME MAYO DIP (FRIED GREEN PLANTAINS Patacones are pan fried green plantains and are a great alternative to potatoes. They're served with a tangy Garlic and Lime Mayo Dip which pairs really well with the Patacones. STEVIA SWEETENED VANILLA ICE CREAM In a medium bowl, use a hand mixer on low speed or whisk to blend the milk, Stevia and sea salt until the stevia is dissolved. Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours, or overnight. Turn the ice cream maker on; pour the ice cream mixture into a frozen freezer bowl and let it mix until thickened, about 30 toGLUTEN FREE LIVING

A delicious pumpkin pie dessert made with or without a crust, that can be made with fresh or canned pumpkin. Serve it with thick cream, whipped cream or MARINATED ROAST BEEF Combine 1 cup of water, brown sugar, salt, ginger, pepper, cinnamon and cloves in a saucepan over medium high heat. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. You can turn down the heat a bit so it doesn't boil too fast. Remove from heat. Pour into ALL PURPOSE SEASONING Onion and garlic powder: If you want to maintain this spice mix as a whole food, then either make your own dehydrated onions and garlic, or skip them and use them fresh when you prepare your meal. You can use store bought onion and garlic powder, though due to the way it's manufactured, the natural oils have been removed so it won't be a whole food anymore, and the flavor won't be as nice. BEEF STOCK - BASIC - BEEF SOUP - RECIPES - FEAST FOR FREEDOM Directions: Preheat the oven to 350 F. Place bones and fat trimmings in a baking pan. Roast for 30 to 40 minutes, to allow the bones and fat to brown. This improves the flavor of the stock. Fill a pot with about 2 quarts of cold water. Turn on high heat. Place all ingredients into the pot and bring to a boil.SIMPLE TARTAR SAUCE
Directions: Juice the lemon and cut up green onion. Combine mayonnaise, mustard and green onions. Add lemon juice to make the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Serve with Deep Fried Fish. Enjoy! FREE Guide. 10 Steps to Healthy Gluten FreeEating.
SWISS STEAK
This dish is made with beef, tomatoes, onions, celery, garlic, oregano, bay leaf, salt, pepper and meat drippings (or butter or coconut oil). (image 1) Chop the tomatoes, onion, celery and garlic. (image 2) Sprinkle the beef with fresh black pepper. Tenderize it with a meat mallet (or pointed knife or Jaccard). (image 3) SPICY PAN SEARED FISH A delicious pan seared cod, tilapia, mahi mahi or other firm white fish recipe, that's quick seared with a blend of savory spices. The spice blend is a great way to add a nice punch of flavor to milder tasting fish. This main dish is gluten free. HONEY SWEETENED VANILLA ICE CREAM Put it in the ice cream maker. Stir the cream mixture to make sure it's blended well and pour it into the ice cream maker bowl. Turn the machine on and mix until thickened, about 30 minutes. Put the ice cream in an airtight container and freeze until ready to serve. 2 or more hours in the freezer will give the ice cream a firmerconsistency.
STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE BITES When toasted, place in bowls for rolling cookies in. In a large bowl, soften cream cheese with a mixer or sturdy spoon. Add sugar, lemon juice, lemon rind and vanilla and mix well. Add almond meal and shredded coconut to cream cheese mixture and mix well. Add diced strawberries and mix to evenly distribute berries.__
