WHEAT BERRY SALAD WITH CHARRED TOMATO Drain all but a small amount of water (1 or 2 tablespoons) from the wheat berries. Put the hot wheat berries back in the pan and stir in the garlic, smoked paprika, harissa or chili and 3 tablespoons of olive oil. If using fresh tomatoes, char them directly over a gas flame on your stovetop or under a hot broiler. PRESSURE COOKER ITALIAN MEAT SAUCE Press the “Saute” button on a 6-quart or larger pressure cooker and allow to preheat on high. When the insert is heated, add 1 tablespoon of the olive oil and the pork. Cook the meat until is lightly browned and no longer pink, stirring occasionally to break up the meat. Drain any excess fat out of the insert, if desired. PASTA WITH CREAMY TOMATO AND GIN SAUCE Cook the pasta until al dente. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a wide pan large enough to hold the pasta. Add the shallot or onion and cook 1 minute, or until softened. Pour in the gin and gently simmer 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes, cream, red pepper, rosemary and ½ ONE PAN TUSCAN CHICKEN WITH WHITE BEANS Flip the chicken over and add the onion and garlic to the pan, stirring to coat with the pan juices. Cook 2 or 3 minutes, until the onion softens. Add the sauce, beans, rosemary and 1/2 teaspoon salt to the pan, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Cover and reduce the heat to medium-low. BIG BUTTERMILK STRAWBERRY RHUBARB MUFFINS Put the strawberries, rhubarb, cornstarch, brown sugar and lemon juice in a bowl and gently stir to combine. Set aside while you mix the rest of the batter. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and grated zest. Make a well in the center and stir in the egg, oil, butter, buttermilk and vanilla. TUSCAN BEER CAN CHICKEN RECIPE Instructions. Set up a charcoal grill for indirect grilling by piling the hot coals on opposite sides of the grill with a drip pan or large piece of foil in between, or preheat a gas grill to medium. Cook the chicken about 5 minutes per side, turning SWEET GINGER STICKY CHICKEN THIGHS Cook the chicken. Preheat a grill for medium-high direct grilling. PASTA WITH CREAMY TOMATO AND GIN SAUCE Cook the pasta until al dente. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a wide pan large enough to hold the pasta. Add the shallot or onion and cook 1 minute, or until softened. Pour in the gin and gently simmer 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes, cream, red pepper, rosemary and ½ WHEAT BERRY SALAD WITH CHARRED TOMATO Drain all but a small amount of water (1 or 2 tablespoons) from the wheat berries. Put the hot wheat berries back in the pan and stir in the garlic, smoked paprika, harissa or chili and 3 tablespoons of olive oil. If using fresh tomatoes, char them directly over a ONE PAN TUSCAN CHICKEN WITH WHITE BEANS Flip the chicken over and add the onion and garlic to the pan, stirring to coat with the pan juices. Cook 2 or 3 minutes, until the onion softens. Add the sauce, beans, rosemary and 1/2 teaspoon salt to the pan, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Cover and reduce the heat to medium-low. PRESSURE COOKER ITALIAN MEAT SAUCE Press the “Saute” button on a 6-quart or larger pressure cooker and allow to preheat on high. When the insert is heated, add 1 tablespoon of the olive oil and the pork. Cook the meat until is lightly browned and no longer pink, stirring occasionally to break up the meat. Drain any excess fat out of the insert, if desired. EASY CREAMY HOMEMADE STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM Fold the strawberry puree into the cream mixture with a spatula until completely blended. Scrape the mixture into a the pan. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm, 4-6 hours. Take the pan out of the freezer 10-20 minutes before serving the ice cream so that it's TUSCAN BEER CAN CHICKEN RECIPE Instructions. Set up a charcoal grill for indirect grilling by piling the hot coals on opposite sides of the grill with a drip pan or large piece of foil in between, or preheat a gas grill to medium. Put the chicken on a small sheet pan. THAI COCONUT RED LENTIL SOUP (VEGAN) Instructions. Heat the oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the onion and carrot and cook 5 minutes, or until softened. Stir in the garlic, tomato paste, curry paste and cayenne and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the lentils, 1 teaspoon salt andthe water.

Add 1 1/2 teaspoons salt plus the remaining ingredients except for the pasta, basil and grated cheese (if using canned chickpeas, add 4 cups water or vegetable broth). BAKED BONELESS CHICKEN THIGHS WITH DIJON Instructions. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Put the chicken in a medium (about 3-quart capacity) baking dish. Whisk together the mustard, tomato paste, lemon juice, olive oil, thyme, garlic, salt, pepper, and chili in a medium bowl. Pour over the chicken and turn the pieces over to coat. GARLIC BUTTER SHRIMP PASTA Add the tomatoes, garlic, butter and chili to the pan and stir. When the butter is melted, add 2 or 3 tablespoons of the reserved pasta water and swirl around until saucy (add more if needed, a tablespoon at a time). Pour the shrimp and sauce over the pasta. Top with the parsley and Parmesan cheese to taste. ITALIAN ORANGE RICOTTA CAKE Heat the oven to 375 degrees. Brush the top, bottom and sides of an 8-inch springform pan with the melted butter. Whisk together the ricotta, honey and orange zest in a small bowl until combined. Combine the almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl. In a standing mixer, beat the butter and sugar on medium-high MOJITARITA LIME AND TEQUILA COCKTAIL Mix 2 drinks at a time: Tear the mint leaves into pieces and put 1/2 cup into a cocktail shaker with 1/4 cup lime juice, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 4 ounces tequila. Add crushed ice and shake well. Strain over ice into high ball glasses and top off with soda water. Garnish with mint leaves and lime slices. SWEET GINGER STICKY CHICKEN THIGHS Cook the chicken. Preheat a grill for medium-high direct grilling. When the grill is hot, cook the chicken 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Brush both sides of the chicken with the 1/4 cup glaze, cooking about 30 seconds on each side. Arrange the chicken on a platter with the lime wedges. EASY SWEET AND SPICY GOCHUJANG CHICKEN Instructions. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Put the chicken in another bowl, add 1/4 cup of the sauce and toss around to coat. Prepare a gas or charcoal grill for medium-hot direct grilling, or place a heavy, lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat on the stovetop.
