From News Feed menu on the left side enter the section Groups and click on Add group. Enter the name, choose the type of group (company/social), add description. If you want to change a user’s position, enter Career and Promotion tab on the employee’s card.Next to the current employment choose Edit:. Choose a new position from the drop-down list: If your company doesn’t have such a position yet, just type in a new name and press enter – the new position will be added to the system’s library.. Admin panel allows to make global decisions on which notifications in what situations are sent to emplo users. Notifications settings can be edited by a user with admin permissions at any given moment. In the Admin mode, in the Settings menu under the Notification Settings tab you can manage notifications published in the News Feed,RESTORING SURVEYS
Restore function enables re-opening and using an already finished survey. It may be really handy if a significant part of respondents did not manage to answer within the set deadline or if you want to invite to the finished survey new people. After using Restore CREATING A NEW KNOWLEDGE AREA If you have permission to edit the Knowledge Base, go to Knowledge Base tab and then to Areas of knowledge menu. In the upper right corner, find Add area of knowledge button: After pressing the button, an area creation wizard will appear: Enter the name and a brief description of the area. Colored dots indicate survey status. Orange indicates a draft survey. This means that the option to fill in the survey is turned off. Green indicates that a survey is active, namely, that it has been started. A gray circle indicates that a surveys is already finished. PreviousNext
