Ingredients: 1 Cup Almond Milk or Coconut Water. 1/4 Cucumber (about 1/4 cup) 2 Celery Stalks . 2 Cups Spinach and/or Kale. 1 Cup Frozen Mango (feel free to sub for pineapple)LENTIL SOUP
Lentil Soup. Serves 8. Ingredients. 1 cup cashews, blended with 3/4 cup water to make cream (or more if needed to blend) 2 yellow onions, diced 8 garlic cloves, mincedHEMP PROTEIN BARS
Hemp Protein Bars. Makes 12 bars. Ingredients. 1 cup raw almonds . ½ cup almond butter . 2 cups pitted dates . 1T cinnamon . ½ cup plain organic hemp protein powderENERGY BITES
DIRECTIONS: Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set to the side. Add all your ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Using a spatula, mix well until a thick dough forms. SPIRULINA ENERGY BITES 1/2tsp vanilla. 1/4tsp salt. Directions. Place all ingredients into a food processor and process on high until well combined and a dough mixture has formed. It may take several minutes. Once done, it should be a thick dough that sticks together. UsingBLUE COCONUT PIE
Prepare the filling: Remove coconut cream from the fridge. Scoop out the solid white part and place it in the bowl of blender or a stand mixer (a hand mixer would work, too!). Add remaining ingredients and whip until combined, smooth, and fluffy, about 1-2 minutes. It shouldform stiff peaks.

Ingredients: 1 Cup Almond Milk or Coconut Water. 1/4 Cucumber (about 1/4 cup) 2 Celery Stalks . 2 Cups Spinach and/or Kale. 1 Cup Frozen Mango (feel free to sub for pineapple) SPIRULINA ENERGY BITES Spirulina Energy Bites. Makes 24 Energy Bites. Ingredients. 1 cup pitted dates (about 15 dates) 1/2 cup almonds. 2T almond butter. 3/4 cup oats. 2tsp spirulina (I use Earthrise) . 1/2tsp vanillaLENTIL SOUP
Lentil Soup. Serves 8. Ingredients. 1 cup cashews, blended with 3/4 cup water to make cream (or more if needed to blend) 2 yellow onions, diced 8 garlic cloves, mincedENERGY BITES
