I'm a little overweight, have been working on it recently, but I used to sweat at night A LOT. No matter how many fans or how low the AC was I would sweat through everything. My fiancee was washing our sheets twice a week because of me. It took a few days to get comfortable but it's been great, we're using our central AC 25% less than we were and we're sleeping so much better.
