Add Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder,Red Chilli Powder, Roasted Jeera Powder and mix well. Now add Roasted Gram Flour and cook for 2 more minutes. Add Water and mix well. Now add Paneer cubes and mix carefully.PUNJABI EGG CURRY
Cook for 4 to 5 minutes till tomatoes are properly cooked. Add Water and mix well. Cover the pan and cook for 3 to 5 minutes on medium heat. Remove lid, add Garam Masala and mix well. Add seasoned eggs and Cilantro. Cover with lid and cook for 4 more minutes on medium. Remove the lid and stir. Serve with Plain Rice or Chapati. PUNJABI RAJMA MASALA QUICK RECIPE Instructions. Add all the ingredients listed in a pressure cooker. Close the lid of the cooker and turn the heat to low. Cook on low for 15 whistles or 30 to 40 minutes. PUNJABI CHOLE
Now take a spice bag or a muslin cloth and add the black team and Dried Amla to it and add it to the pressure cooker. Add the freshly grounded Chana Masala Powder you made earlier. Mix all the ingredients very well. Turn the stove to medium and Close the pressure cooker with Lid. Cook the Chole for 12 to 15 whistles. PUNJABI RAJMA MASALA Take a Pressure cooker on Medium to High Heat. Add Oil , Once the oil is heated add Jeera and Hing. Once the Jeera starts to crackle add Onions. Cook Onions till they start to turn Translucent. About 2 to 3 minutes. Add Ginger, Garlic and Green Chillies. Cook till raw smell of Ginger and Garlic Disappears.DAL MAKHNI RECIPE
It would take about 20 to 30 minutes. Stir the Dal in Between. Now turn the flame off and add Cream. Mix well and Cook for another 10 minutes on low flame. Add Garam Masala Powder, Salt and Kasoori Methi Powder. Mix Well. Add Butter and let the Dal Simmer for another 10 minutes. Stir in between.ALOO GOBI FRY
Set heat to low - med on your stove. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally in between. Set heat to med - high. Open the lid and cook for 2 more minutes. Add Crushed Sauf, Kitchen King, Amchur and Garam Masala. Mix well. Cover the pan with a lid andcook for 5 minutes.
BUTTER CHICKEN RECIPE For Gravy. In a Large pan on medium to high heat add butter , oil, Bay Leaf , Green Cardamom , Mace and Garlic. Keep stirring so the butter doesn't turn brown. Cook till Garlic is starting to cook. Now Add Tomatoes to it, Cook them till tomatoes are cooked and soft. PUNJABI CHANA MASALA ~ HOW TO MAKE AUTHENTIC Mix well. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, till the raw taste of tomato's is gone. Remove the Lid, Add salt and water. Mix well. Cover the pan with a lid again and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes on Med - Low flame. Open the Pressure cooker and Move theChana to the pan.

CHILLI GARLIC CHOW MEIN To Make Chilli Garlic Chow Mein. Heat Pan on high heat throughout the cooking process. Add Seasame Oil and let it warm a little. Don't heat it too much. Add Garlic, Chilli Flakes, Green Chillies and Onions. Mix well and Cook for 2 minutes. Add Spring Onions Bulbs and Cook for 2more minutes.

Cooking Omelette. In a Shallow pan on medium heat add Butter. When Butter melts add Tomatoes, Onions and Green Chillies. Cook for 1 to 2 Minutes. Turn the flame to low. Add the Whisked Egg mix to the pan. Move the pan a bit so that the Eggs spread on the pan evenly. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 2 minutes on low. DHABA STYLE PANEER RECIPE Add Tomato pulp and Salt. Cook until the you see ghee separating from gravy. Add Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder,Red Chilli Powder, Roasted Jeera Powder and mix well. Now add Roasted Gram Flour and cook for 2 more minutes. Add Water and mix well. Now add Paneer cubes and mix carefully. QUICK MASOOR DAL RECIPE Add Tomatoes and salt, cook until tomatoes get soft (approximately 2 to 3 minutes). Add Kitchen King, Haldi and Lal Mirch and mix well. Add raw Dal and water. Mix well. Close the pressure cooker lid and cook for 3 whistles if the cooker is big (5 or 7 liters) and 6 to 8 if using small cooker (3 liters) PUNJABI KADHI PAKORA Pakora. Add all the ingredients for pakora (Except oil) in a bowl and mix well. Heat oil for frying to 400 F. Take a scoop of pakora mix and add to oil. One scoop at a time. Cook till Pakora's are light golden. take them out and let them cool for few minutes. Fry them again for crispy pakora's till golden in color. DUM ALOO ~ HOW TO MAKE DUM ALOO DHABA STYLE !! MATAR CHAAT RECIPE
Rinse and wash the soaked Matar properly. Add the Matar to a pressure Cooker. Add Salt, Water and Mix. Cook for 4 to 5 whistles if using big cooker or 6 to 8 whistles if using small cooker. Let the cooker depressuirse on its own. Open the cooker and make sure Matar arecooked properly.
