For example, if we want to calculate cases on day 1, x is 1. If we want to calculate cases on day 1000, x is 1000. So our formula is =500* (2^ (1/2))^1. When we put that into Excel, Google Sheets, R, etc., we’ll learn that there are 707 cases on day 1. And 1414 on day 3.CF.DATAWRAPPER.DE

WHAT TO CONSIDER WHEN CHOOSING COLORS FOR DATA VISUALIZATION When it comes to color-encoding gender data, consider avoiding the stereotypical pink-blue combination. To not confuse your readers entirely, try a cold color for men (e.g. blue or purple) and a warmer color for women (e.g. yellow, orange or a warm green): Use light colors for low values and dark colors for high values. WHAT TO CONSIDER WHEN CREATING PIE CHARTS Consider grouping slices together in one bigger slice (e.g. "others") to clean up the overall look of the chart. The bigger the slices, the easier they are to read (and the fewer labels you need). Consider placing the pie chart in a margin column or sidebar. PieDatawrapper
