SUICIDAL - BREATHING SPACE 6pm to 2am on weekdays (Monday - Thursday). If you are feeling distressed, in a state of despair, suicidal or need emotional support outwith these hours you can contact Samaritans on 116 123. Your call will be confidential and will be taken by a trained Samaritans volunteer. The phoneline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
